The purpose of this blog is to offer helpful and reliable information about healthy nutrition. The internet is full of garbage and mixed information on food and nutrition. It is no wonder that most people have lots of confusion and uncertainty when it comes to deciding how to plan a healthy diet.
As a Registered Dietitian, it is my job and passion to clarify and provide nutrition advice in a simple and straightforward way. I recently became a Certified Lactation Educator as well (yay for breastfeeding!). My specialty is pediatric and maternal nutrition, but people of all ages can benefit from the information I offer.
